Health & Safety and Confined Spaces

At Rhino Scaffolding safety is our main priority, whether it’s our workforce, contractors working on the scaffolding or members of the general public. As such, we provide risk assessments, method statements, TG20:21 compliance certification, and design and calculation drawings. In addition, we have retained membership with a Health and Safety Consultancy.

Our employees receive full safety training and mentoring, as well as attending regular workshops. Therefore, this training addresses risk evaluation and influences behaviour change, so that safe behaviours and decision making becomes second nature to every employee. Moreover, our scaffolders are fully qualified to carry out specialist confined space scaffolding work where the area is particularly tight or restricted.

Working in these enclosed spaces requires specialist training and expertise. As such, our Confined Space operatives are trained to be confident and comfortable working in enclosed spaces, whilst adhering to strict standards of safety.

Similarly, working in confined spaces can be a difficult and demanding task, where safety is key in hazardous conditions. However, we are confident that we can offer a safe and professional service.
